Small Talk
Make easy, friendly conversation with anyone.
Small talk is short, friendly chat about safe topics. Americans use it everywhere: in elevators, before meetings, with neighbors. It builds relationships and often leads to friendships and job opportunities, so being good at it is a real-life skill.
